My esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable; she took the time to analyze my skin type and recommended treatments tailored just for me. The facial itself was divine, with a mix of exfoliation, steaming, and a delightful mask that left my skin glowing. I really appreciated the way she explained each step and what products were being used. The only hiccup was that the appointment started about 15 minutes behind schedule, which is understandable given how busy they seem to be, but it did make me wonder if I’d have to rush at the end. Thankfully, they ensured I had my full time for the treatment! I left feeling rejuvenated and pampered; it's a great way to treat yourself. The salon also has a charming little retail section with a selection of skincare products, and I ended up buying a serum that she recommended.
